"We had fried that had something that appeared to be a broken up roach. The wings were also cold. I submitted a ticket to Wingstop a few days back and still haven’t heard. If you want fried roach this is the spot!"

"The staff at this restaurant was incredibly disrespectful. They messed up my order and only gave me half of what I had ordered. Even after I returned to the store from getting home, they refused to apologize. During that time, my food became cold."

"Ordered two large ranches to-go and got home to find one bleu cheese and one fry sauce instead. I went back to get the correct order and didn’t even receive an apology. My wife ordered chicken tenders, and while waiting, I noticed that not a single person in the kitchen was wearing gloves or washing their hands the entire 10 minutes I was there. To make matters worse, I watched one employee move trash with his bare hands and then immediately use those same hands to scoop my fries into the container. That was extremely disturbing, and I absolutely will not be returning to this location."

"This by far is the best Wing Stop I have ever visited. Store was impressiably clean, great customer service and the food was Amazing. It's been years since my family and I have had Wingstop and the total meal was prepared with no issues. The manager was very gracious and.professional."

"Terrible service! I had to go back because the order was wrong. They gave me a new order, but when I got home, the order was wrong again. Awful service and customer attention, wasting my time and money. The night shift manager was very rude and disrespectful when I requested my refund, and he refused to give me my refund receipt."
