"Yesenia (if i spelled that correctly) was amazing and always is. She always makes sure we get what we pay for and never messes up. As well as she is very patient and respectful with everybody and great at customer service. GIVE HER A RAISE!"

"We had an UberEats order with 20 boneless wings, two ranch cups, one large fry, and 10 classic wings. We were missing one ranch cup, one large fry, and 10 boneless wings. The team members on the phone were laughing in the background and listening to inappropriate music loudly. Their “manager” told me there’s nothing they can do unless we drive over there, however we ordered delivery because we don’t have a way over there. I told her what was missing and she proceeded to call me a liar and argue with me over the phone. I asked what their corporate number was, their names, and when their general manager would be in. She then hung up on me while not helping me. I don’t think I’ll ever order from WingStop again after this experience."

"For some reason, every time I order from here, they can never make my order right. Ashley, if you bagged my food, you have to check everything is there. I know how it works. My wings were made all the same flavor, the same thing with my chicken sandwiches, all Louisiana. It was supposed to be mild, mango habanero and plain. There is no extra seasoning on my frys, actually no seasoning, and the frys seem to be raw half of the time. Never ever can they actually make their sweet right either that or they just give me unsweet tea all the time. The 51st and Indian location is way better than this damn location. I can't wait for it to close, it's been too many times."

"My order was correct but the service was terrible. Walked in and nobody wanted to help me right away. Didn't feel welcome there at all. I waited almost 5 minutes in line and there was no one else waiting to order. They all seemed angry."
