"Had a whole ten piece missing in my medium sized order, that was quickly resolved and I got compensated for that but missing food aside, The food itself was extremely underwhelming. Cheese fries are normal soggy fries with some chedder cheese melted on top, boneless wings were just overcooked sauced up deformed chicken nuggets and bone-in wings were drier than my mouth upon the first bite. When I opened up the boxes for my food even the flies looked at me and asked if we could order something else."

"Carolina is an amazing manager at this Wingstop. Even with a younger crew that would sometimes talk back or be disrespectful, she stayed calm, professional, and in control the entire time. You can tell she really knows how to lead without losing her cool or treating anyone poorly. That kind of patience and maturity is rare, and it makes a big difference in how the store runs. Wingstop is lucky to have her."

"Went in at 11:30 there was people in there eating when we walked in we Wasn’t graded they were look at us the African-American young lady said we’re not taking no more orders only online. My mom said come on can you please just let us order? She said OK but you have to do it online while we were trying to do it online the other young lady that was working with her told us you only have two minutes and started rushing. I don’t understand why they’re rushing when they still had 30 minutes to go. When we called they had the phone off the hook the line was busy. So we couldn’t order on the phone. We sat out there look for somewhere else to eat and they were just standing and laughing. The Employee that was outside smoking came inside. I’m so happy now that I didn’t get anything to eat there because he did not even wash his hands when he came back from smoking a cigarette and went straight into the kitchen. It doesn’t matter if there was no customers you should always after smoking or being outside touching the door and handling food. You should wash your hands. Also looking at the reviews, they rush and have the food soggy"

"Best place to get chicken that’s not cooked. Even better I work 4 miles away just wanted a refund. Called and let them know I need a refund since my chicken is pink. I was told that I have to drive 4 miles sit in traffic for a refund on food I don’t want. A+ service at this joint."

"Ordered thru Uber eats. I ordered a 6 wing combo with Cajun corn and a drink, added carrots and 2 ranch. Food came in a timely matter, I opened the bag which is sealed with a sticker, cause the Uber eats drivers aren't allowed to open bags, and I only had my wings, carrots and 2 ranch and she handed me my drink. So I call and the guy says my manager says thats Uber eats problem they're supposed to make sure they have everything, I said how was she to know my corn wasnt in the bag which was sealed? He said yeah that's Uber eats problem. Never will I order from there again, because there's no accountability! Like yes its wingstops problem because you bag it and seal it, my Uber eats driver didnt make my order bag it and deliver it lol."
