"Okay so the customer service was amazing not too bad. The young man took my order well. But the food was horrible and sadly done with no care. I came in with my daughter and ordered their boneless combo. First the chicken was raw and not cooked all the way. Took a bite of one and chewed on cold meat. I understand they are frozen and just put in on the fryer but dam leave in for a bit longer or at least have the decency to check at least one of the meat. Second I asked for mild sauce and they only gave me a very small portion or not even a portion it was more like a drop. And that watery looking thing on that picture, is oil. I thought it was the sauce too but nope, dipped one of the chicken in that and took a bite of nothing but big oily bite. Please if you guys decide to go here at least check your food before you leave"

"I ordered the 40pc pack and the bone-in wings were undercooked. The price did not match the quality of the food. Very disappointed considering my mom used to be the manager for a Wingstop and held her restaurant at high standards."

"I had an order of classic hot boneless, and I had a side of pickles with it. Honestly 10/10. Like I can't get Nashville hot chicken in Arizona, but this is a great substitute. Definitely tastes great fresh."

"I come here alot and Altho my order wasn't what I expected, Ezekiel and Stephanie were stand up managers and we're willing to go above and beyond to make it right. They were nice, and professional about my complaint. Keep up the positive atmosphere Ezekiel and Stephanie."
