"I placed an order at this location with out noticing app changed the location Inwent to to store and let them know assistant manager said she will let manager know to cancel it so I can refund. I went second time they today they will cancel it it's been 5 days and i tried calling no one answer or they say hold never talk bad location managed by people who don't know how to run a business or franchise."

", I’d like to report an employee who threatened a uber eats driver. At 12:10 am on sat 1/10/26. The other employees refused to tell me his name after he immediately said that I was not the driver picking up the order. I confirmed the order right in front of him and he told me that I didn’t and then proceeded to say I was lying and started cussing at me and when I confronted him, he said he will go outside and he wanted to fight me. I told him I’ll sue him and Wingstop if he laid a finger on me, he did it right in front of the employees! and they told me they would not give me his name. I want to talk to a manager. He followed me outside and threatened me again saying he will see me soon. That is not a safe environment with him working there."

"The wings are cooked to order so takes longer than a fast food establishment. This location the employees were super friendly. Got the lemon pepper & parmesan garlic flavor with a side of fries. There's a promo right now of 70 cent each for boneless wings on Monday."

"absolutely HORRIBLE. the guy taking orders so SO RUDE. the lady i think is the manger even worse they messed up my order and made me pay AGAIN when it was there fault. they have music playing over the one on the speaker which is mega loud. the guy taking orders is awful so rude like so rude. i’m pissed and the food is horrible they didn’t even take the time to prep it. never again."
