"Great customer service. Wings from this location aren't my favorite but close to my house. Ordered wings today lemon pepper wings. They had an excessive amount of lemon powdered sprinkled in spots. Instead of evenly dispersed onto them. Usually They're moist with butter. It just tasted like dried overly seasoned lemon pepper. Thr guy was extremely nice very professional. But unfortunately they had way too much seasoning.I've literally never had to ask for light seasoning. But I guess I will have to from now on."

"I am writing to report a serious food safety and quality concern regarding an order I placed on 10/24/2025. The order included parmesan cheese, wings, and lemon and pepper wings, and upon consumption, it was immediately clear that the poultry was not cooked to a safe internal temperature. Specifically, the chicken was noticeably undercooked near the bone/center, exhibiting a pink and rubbery texture. Consuming undercooked chicken poses a significant health risk, and I immediately stopped eating the product. Furthermore, the overall quality of the food was unacceptable. The wings/strips had a distinct, unpleasant, and old taste that suggested the meat may have been improperly stored or was past its prime. This is a failure in both food preparation safety standards and quality control."

"Shoutout to Charles at Wingstop! Charles provided excellent customer service—friendly, professional, and super attentive. He made sure my order was right and kept a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Definitely made my experience better. Wingstop needs more employees like him!"

"Solid. Wings were nice and hot when I got them. The 20 wings for $20 is pretty good. 20 wings is a lot of food especially for one person. Got the new Mexican Spice, Mango Habanero, and Hot Honey Rub. Also got a side of ranch. Really wished they would have included ranch or fries to the deal. Or at least the ranch… Hot honey rub is the best flavor hands down. Mexican spice is good but better with the ranch. Can’t go wrong with mango habanero."

"They make it so imposible to get your orders.. first you have to say the name order.. then show the exact credit card you paid with.. then not good enough proof now you need to show the email of the order placed.. no wonder people are forgetting them and ordering elsewhere"
