"I want to point out that this particular Wingstop location is one of the dirtiest I've visited though not the absolute worst. It's unclear to me whether the franchise conducts regular inspections of its stores, but based on the condition of this one, it doesn't seem like cleanliness and maintenance are a priority. The dining area was neglected, with sticky, poorly stocked drink stations and an overall lack of cleanliness. It’s disappointing to see such low standards when it comes to the environment where both employees work and customers dine. As for the food, it’s consistently average—not terrible, but not great either. I believe part of the issue lies in how employees are trained and managed. Uniforms, for instance, can help bring back a sense of pride and professionalism in the workplace. A clean, well-presented team can often lead to better food quality and customer service. Additionally, staff could benefit from better training in customer interaction and hospitality. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that conditions improve in the future. Unfortunately, I’ve seen multiple Wingstop locations with similar issues, so this might be a broader problem across the chain."

"Came to pick up my order for takeout on 1/15/2025 at 11:37PM. Shout out to the cooks. The wings were cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly. I was impressed."

"I ordered online and got my food where my order was wrong, I went to go let them know in the front where the cashier told me to get my order sticker for her. When I came back she was helping an order and some guy came up to me, no hi no whats wrong just a hand gesture, basically saying what do I need. I told him my order was wrong, completely wrong btw, and that here's the stickers for the actual order. He grabbed my box and didnt say a single word and left. Order came back to me from another girl and it was wrong again. This place is a complete joke and a mess."

"I ordered a pickup and my food was still raw and squishy (wish I took a photo) but ended up just throwing it away. I asked if they could remake it and cook it well done, the manger and another staff said no and I’m always there so it was disappointing to be treated like that as a loyal customer"

"I chose to not get food from here because their wings are always over-cooked and under-sauced but my husband decided to place an order for himself anyway. This may be his last time ever at this location as he found a long, black hair in his food. Mind you, we are both black individuals with natural CURLY hair. This couldn't have been ours. The diligence and cleanliness of this location needs to be analyzed as this is extremely concerning and unsanitary."
