"We have tried this location several times and it consistently falls short. I have had wings with vertically no seasoning, veggie side with literally four small carrots (only), half filled fries, burned fries, forgotten items. BUT tonight took the win! All but TWO of my wings had literal feathers on them. One of the wings had an entire row of feathers sticking out. I obviously know that they have feathers but to disregard them when you are serving people food is insane to me. I was so grossed out I threw the meal away. There were just to many feathers to pick off. How is this sort of thing overlooked?! I wasn’t going to leave this initially but decided to pull one of the wings from the trash and let it be known."

"The young lady that took the order is super nice, but got someone else's food mixed with mine. My chicken sandwich was almost burnt and super dry. I brought the other person's order to the counter and the girl was very careless and not polite or apologetic at all. It seems like it happens often. That was the impression I got from her. More attention is definitely needed... it's expensive to begin with and we don't need careless employees 😒."

"Food is delicious it’s why I still come back but they always forget something in my order when it’s for pick up or delivery is so expensive already then I have to go back every time to get my order corrected I check before leaving they forget about 1 or 2 things I put for delivery they also forget 1-2 thing or it’s completely wrong out of ordering so many times you would think they can get it down but no. Then when it’s delivery they ask for me to pick it up. Maybe 2 out of 10 time they got my order right & honestly getting tired of having to go back when I put it for delivery. My orders vary from 120-180 $$ it’s a lot and then add delivery I would expect it to be right honestly I’m tired of it. It’s more then once either pick up or delivery if it’s pick that’s literally twice the drive & delivery extra for tip and other expenses. I get it I’ve worked in fast food places but I always make sure the order was right & then make it right to the customer."

"The fries were wonderful I loved them very much very thankful service was great"
