"So I ordered my food. Delivery went well. When I was getting ready to eat. I noticed my cheese fries weren't in the bag. I called them to tell them my fries were missing and what they planned to do about it. Manager said only 2 options. Either pick it up or get a refund on the fries. Why the hell would I go pick it up in person when I got delivery for a reason. Completely idiotic. Manager didn't even seem to care either. Sounded like a damn little kid. Definitely won't be going back."

"I usually love wing stop but this location is really hard to love … Placed an order and it was ready 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready so highly disappointed. Fries & wing came out hot so that’s all that matters I guess lol. If your not on a time crunch then get dinner here"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – This Is How You Earn Loyal Customers! I had an incredible experience at this Wingstop location—night and day compared to the terrible service I received at another store nearby. I came in with a simple request: I wanted to order 5 wings of each flavor. Other Wingstop restaurants have always done it for me, and this location delivered without hesitation! The manager was professional, accommodating, and genuinely committed to great customer service. The cashier was kind, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. They didn’t make a fuss or act like I was asking for anything unreasonable—they just made it happen with a smile. This is what great service looks like. Friendly staff, flexible attitude, and a willingness to treat customers with respect. I left happy, satisfied, and already planning my next visit. If you’re craving Wingstop and want to be treated right—this is the location to go to. 10/10. Highly recommended!"
