"So I placed an order for pick up, and I’m pretty disappointed and upset since it’s becoming a consistent issue. Both times my wings are little scrap pieces not full pieces and I ordered an 8 count boneless meal, not acceptable. It’s pretty ridiculous, I included a picture. I won’t be coming to this location again. Do better."

"Definitely better wingstop locations, this one happened to only be the closest one to me. Ladies working the front were loud and forgot out us. We went for a order, said our name, they said it wasnt ready and they’ll call us shortly. We waited 5 minutes.. then 10… then 15… then 20… watching countless customers come and go. Then an order for a doordash was ready and one of the ladies called it out loud saying it was ready. All while we were still waiting. So then I had to go up to her and let her know we are STILL waiting for our order and she just looks over to the counter for pick up orders and grabs a big bag and hands it to me. Turns out it was ready MINUTES before but they just never bothered calling out my name. Food itself was OKAY. Fries were soggy from them just sitting out, and some of my wings were also not cooked thoroughly all the way through. Some were so badly undercooked I spit multiple of my wings out."
