"Came in tonight for my family. My son paid for our dinner. I got the 40 piece all flats 4 different flavors. Waited patiently even for the well done. I wachted the manager Lupe preparing everything for me. All I asked is if they could cook my fries when the chicken was done. We get home everything was right except for did not get the boneless wings bbq for my son. I had the wrong flavor on one of my traditional wings was bbq I did not ask for. Called the store right away manager was on break. We ate I waters 20 minutes because she never called me back. I called and she got on the phone and stated her cashiers know me. And I always complain 😂 look at all the reviews she even said she had my name wrote down. I have never complained and normally I do check my food this time since she made our food I just looked in the bag and asked for seasoning on fries. She said I was not charged for that but yet I asked for. She kept going on about she need to speak with her manager lying saying I call all the time. Last time we came in to eat was like 2 months. I spent like $60 almost to get treated like crap and because I’m black now she’s saying they know me I always call in!!!!! Can I please get corporate to contact me. This is ridiculous!!’n please check your food before you leave this store!!!!! You will keep your peace!!!!!!! Again Lupe I don’t order from yall like that and please 🛑 stop saying I’m calling in when I don’t I can bring up my phone records and I have pictures of the wrong chicken that she would not acknowledge. You need to be respectful to everyone every race. Y’all need to get different types of people at this store working also."

"I placed an online order, gave an hour to be ready, went to pick it up, still waited 15mins for my order. When I got home it was completely wrong. We ordered a 50pk meal deal with all the sides we didn't receive all our sides, we only received 38 wings, we ordered 10 piece lemon pepper that didn't even make it into the bag. And the bag my son was holding leaked grease ALL OVER his jersey and hoodie very poorly packed, no communication whatsoever. When I called the store I got passed around to a few different people before the manager. I spent over $80 and got 2 bags of grease, and a ruined broncos jersey. We should've just got pizza!!"

"Popped into this newly opened location to pick up some chicken! Great corner appeal, very busy! Had to search for a parking meter. Business is good! Now, let's talk food and service. The service generally speaking was good. I waited around 40 minutes for my food! However, seeing how they overlooked my order, the manager told them to offer me a free meal in addition to what I had paid for. You don't have to ask me twice! Took the order to go, home. The food was good, fresh and seasoned very well. I like the presentation and how they put it in the brown paper bag with your name on it. I understand things happen, therefore I'm still going to give this one a four star. I liked it. Would I go back again? Yes indeed. Enjoy! CAB😍"

"Update... Credit card was charged for food never delivered. Disputed with credit card company... Check your receipts... I don't like to make negative posts about any business. That is changing with the prices and poor service. This is at Buckley Rd and Quincy Ave in Aurora, co. When it costs 25.00 or more per person and a third party delivery company cant deliver the food that you advertise....for DELIVERY! You should close your doors. Your company was screwed by a 1099 contractor and the manager sounds like a call center employee... Just KEPT saying sorry and Door dash is the issue. I see the rent going up in that shopping center and Wingstop blaming global warming."

"6/19/22- 3 stars is what I see as an average score and they are about average for my experiences at Wing Stops in general. The food experience depends on the sauce you get. Like the level 4 BBQ sauce was not a blend of heat and sweet like it should have been, but was just heat. The best sauces (we tried 4) were the garlic parm. and the Hawaiian. They had an option where you got 20 boneless wings with four different coatings, 2 sauces, and a large fry for $15.99. It was enough food where 2 people could make a meal of it. Also the fries were cold even though you could tell the chicken was fresh by how hot it was. Even though the sit down area wasn't busy, there was a lot of to go orders and we had to wait a long time for our food."
