"one of the worst wing-stops i’ve been to we got our order and 20 wings missing, the manager Michelle disrespectful didn’t try to listen to THERE mistake. States that there cooks never make mistakes that there employees are the best. I just wanted to at least get the wings not even the refund. do not come here if you want missing wings. girl was scared that my moms kids were there with her."

"I see now why there's a 3.5 rating and I think it would be lower if more people actually wrote how they felt after receiving their food. I placed an online order in the parking lot and went inside within 30secs and asked if they could be "fried hard" because I saw no place to leave a comment about the order. I had 30 wings Hawaiian and 5 wings lemon pepper. Tell me why I get home and there's no lemon pepper and the 30pc is not fried hard. I call in and I'm told "OH when you put the order in and came inside we already had sauced the wings....lol like I was born last week....Those wings were sitting and you precooked alot and whoever orders the biggest order takes those old wings so they can make fresh for walk ins.. Steer Clear of this location. It's On Colfax and Havana That should speak for itself.....Scrap the Store or Hire more adults and less teens who care nothing about Business and Quality Service"

"This is the 1st Wingstop I come to that is Super Friendly. I walked in and was instantly greeted. The person who took my order was super friendly, patient, and professional . I was surprised at the great service that I received here. Nice and clean as well !"

"Usually most of the times that I get wings from this specific Wingstop something always ends up wrong in my order. Once I ordered a 20 piece half & half and I only got like 17. And also today I ordered a 15 piece meal and the fries were missing…. I used to work at Wingstop and from what I’m told they have a bunch of screens now helping them when I used to work there we would do it through the receipts. I understand if they didn’t have the screens on them and making mistakes that’s normal BUT TO HAVE A SCREEN IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE TELLING YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO PUT IN HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP 🤦🏻😂"

"If I could give this store negative stars I would. I ordered online through wingstop.com for delivery. My order was suppose to arrive at 1:30 however was picked up late, ok fine. Soon after the entire order is canceled stating the driver was in an accident. I had to go and get my order and then when asked how to get a refund for the delivery fee and tip was met with the manager advising that they were unable to give me the tip or delivery fee back due to the fact the money goes through Doordash. When I asked for her managers name she said she could not provide any names, when I questioned that and stated names are on the receipt she said "no there not". So now I have my receipt and the persons name is Valeria. I contacted Doordarshan who told me the money went straight back to wingstop since it was ordered online. He got in contact with the store who advised him that they had proceeded the refund. Nobody could give me a receipt for this refund being processed and I'm just supposed to hope it shows back up in my account. I am NOT please and surely won't be ordering from wingstop for the foreseeable future."
