"This wingstop is horrible I asked if they could cook my wings well done and they said they didn't have time. Today I got wings from a different location on my way home so farther from my house got home no ranch. So I called and asked if they could give me some ranch I had my receipt they said they couldn't. customer service sucks."

"I witnessed a problem this Sunday, a man from nowhere came to complain that he wanted cheese in his order when he didn't order it, he yelled very rudely at the ladies in front of him that the customer is always right, but sir, just as you said that you work in a restaurant, you have to know that if it was your mistake, the restaurant doesn't have to fix a mistake that we as customers made, and if you don't accept to pay what you want, the lady never offended you like that man did, they were doing their job, but defending yourself from a person so crazy like that is crazy, a thousand respects for the ladies who didn't stay silent. This restaurant has always been my favorite since it opened. The staff is very respectful and very quick to deliver orders."

"The customer service was terrible. We were not greeted properly. The young man who took our order mumbled and looked off to the side avoiding face contact. My order was ready super fast. When I got it home the skin wasn’t fried hard enough, not enough sauce and seasoning to coat the wings. It was shitty, and they were not busy!"

"The staff doing nothing and standing talking when i walked in. The two ladies with glasses doing nothing had me confirm god how many times for my order. I've never had so much trouble for an order. Eloy is written on the bag. Horrible experience for sure."

"Gabriela is unprofessional and treated us horrible at this location. She tossed my side of cheese in my paper bag order, which spilled all over my other items. Refused to give a refund or replace my order. Every pay day this was my wife & I favorite spot especially with it being a new location. Won't return till they get different management."
