"This restaurant is a JOKE. I placed a delivery order through the Wingstop app on 12/2/2025 order # 8144221244. Half of my order was not delivered. When I call the restaurant team member Belinda told me I had to come in to pick up the wings even though I ordered delivery. I was fine with it only to show up to the restaurant to a complete attitude from Belinda who then told me that she told me on the phone I had to bring the order with me ( she absolutely did not ask me to do this)! I then found out they hadn’t even started my wings( I waited 20 minutes before even heading to the restaurant)! I refused to wait for them to then cook my wings once I got there and left. Belinda after my call with Laura today (12-30-25) told Laura I got my wings, a blatant lie. Check your cameras. Called the store manager Laura Rodriguez the next day (12/3/25) and she seemed very empathetic but I sensed she was brushing me off so I recorded the call and was told by Laura I would receive a refund within 3 business days. Almost a month later and no refund I call Laura today 12/30/25 and she told me she would re send the email to corporate for a refund and was brushed off once again when I questioned her for not seeing this through. If a district manager sees this contact me, this team member and manager are absolutely atrocious with their customer service skills and unless this is addressed you lost a family of customers. The lies and rude demeanor of this store is beyond belief. There needs to be accountability here for the manager and this team member. I have escalated to corporate with no response, I don’t want to get petty and litigious but I work hard for my money, and not getting what I paid for is robbing me of my money."

"I am so very disappointed in this location. I work very close so I often order from there and it is hit or miss on if it is quality or not. More times than not but enough bad experience plus this one have made me stop going. I always order dry rub and yesterday I go in to pick up my online order and get home (8 blocks away) and open up my box to see a pool, yes pool, of oil in the bottom of my container. I had to lay them out and dry them and pat them with paper towels to be able to eat them. It was completely unappealing and I didn’t eat all of them at all! I won’t be back to this location after this!"

"I haven't been here in a while. I dropped $60 for the first day of football (go broncos). The wings were WAY over cooked, dry, and had no sauce!! No seasoning... 🤷🏻‍♂️ Ranch could've even save them. It was like eating deep fried cardboard. The fires were cold and soggy. Ruined football. I would've been better off getting McNuggets. NOT what I expected for a $60 meal."

"Worst customer service. I asked them to cancel my order and they didn’t. I understand it was busy for the Super Bowl, but waiting over two hours just for my order to be started — while people who ordered after me were already served — is unacceptable. They even told me my order had already been started, but when I asked again later, it still hadn’t been. Busy or not, customers shouldn’t be misinformed and ignored like that."

"I'm a delivery driver, I work all day delivering food for you. I have to wait for orders that the system says are ready but actually aren't, and I ask to use the restroom to urinate and you have the nerve to say it's not public, even though I'm providing a service for you through an app! I'm upset!"
