"Over the last year this location has went to the bottom of the hill, which used to be a decent spot. Always wait an hour past pickup time for cold food and crappy service. I've had rotting celery, and food upside down in the bag. Owner needs to step up and figure out the staffing issue!!! This was the fourth terrible experience and will go spend $60 at another location from now on. All this with the easiest MENU... wings, fries, corn, cooked to order lol"

"Accidentally ordered from this location via the site, but it was 10 minutes from closing, and these lazy dogs didn't cancel my order and let it get sent to 3 different dashers, I contacted doordash support and they were no help getting me a refund, as the agent simply said to "contact the merchant.". There is no wingstop support line, the place was closed so they won't respond, and I'm not eating tonight because some garbage site wouldn't warn me the place I'm about to order from was going to close and that I'm about to lose my money for the next day or 2 since somebody couldn't cancel an order. Any other delivery site will warn you if it's about to close, or simply not let you order from that location! But nooooo, not Wingstop. Wingstop don't care."

"Just came in on a busy night. I was fine didn’t mind waiting. The girl up front with the long hair and glasses ignored me 3 times when I asked her about my food. Mind you it said it was ready on the board. She kept going back and not checking till I finally asked and said “isn’t mine ready.” Nearly threw the bag at me. Disrespectful and felt like an inconvenience. Extremely disappointed."

"My boyfriend and I frequent this Wingstop, and have never really had any issues. On our last visit, we left with the wrong carry-out order, but the staff went above and beyond to make it right when we called to let them know. They truly take care of their customers here at this location!"
