"Not even gonna talk about how horrible food was.Hakeem just makes the environment disgusting his attitude his horrible and needs to be checked.I try to have patience for the food industry people but his attitude is just outrageous. I had a problem with the Louisiana seasoning on my wings I live over 20 minutes away and wasn’t able to just return them. I called and ask for a credit and for it to be documented. He replied “ight” then immediately hangs up and that’s unacceptable. Not only when I walk in to place an order he tells me it will take him 15 minutes to speak with me . Instead of “give me one moment I’ll be with you shortly “ if I was the owner I will get rid of him immediately this is not the first time he had an attitude not only towards me my wife and other customers that I witnessed an issue over the last couple days . I understand you guys just opened but it is still unacceptable."

"Last night was my first experience with Wingstop. I won't be back. Only two positives from this experience. The fries were decent (they were cold when I got to eat them more on that later) The employee who asked what was wrong with my order when I went back was friendly.. I ordered online. Should be cut and dry- no mistakes from order taking mis-communication, right? Nope. I got there about 5 minutes after I ordered online, I live close. Online said it would be ready at a certain time, it was ready 15 minutes after that time. The bag I received had my name on it, when I got home the wings in the bag had someone else's name on them. I took a moment to try the fries I ordered as I was hungry and they seemed good from the bite I had. I went back to Wingstop and explained I got someone else's food in my bag. About 15 minutes later they brought me a container with my name on it they'd pulled from the bag. That tag clearly displayed my order on it. (I'd ordered 15 boneless wings with two flavors of sauce on them) When I got home I realized I'd only gotten 10 wings. New spot, sure I get it. Two messups in one go is a bit much. Especially when second time around they knew it was messed up and still delivered less than ordered. Meh. McD's across the street is a better deal. Hell Dave's a block down blows this place away. Don't waste your time or money."

"The boneless chicken was really overdone and the lemon pepper fries were so salty I could not eat but a few. Hopefully this will improve in the future!"

"The staff from the front register to the management was very kind and friendly, the food was prepared quickly and they gave an update periodically so I wasn’t sitting wondering how much longer. I Will come back again and I recommend to others to stop by at this location."
