"I don’t know how to put this any other way, but I would steer clear of this place… I’ve been to many different Wingstop locations and as a DoorDash and Uber driver, you get to see the best and the worst of each franchisees locations… The service here was mediocre food subpar at best but the environment… Oh my God ! Once filling the drinks, I set the drinks down on the counter to get lids and proceeded to see an army of roaches crawl over everything, and it took every bit of my being to not run out of there ! I probably should have told the customer whose food I was picking up what I saw, but these delivery apps would ultimately end up, penalizing me for not delivering the food ! So if you’re ordering DoorDash or Uber eats and it’s coming from the east 10th St. location I would think twice… Just think about it if the drink filling station has that many roaches what’s going on in the back of the house where I can’t see things! I know this review is probably pretty bad but I had to tell other people… I think some people think this location is bad but maybe the health department needs to check it out !"

"Got the 20 boneless wings and fries for $16.99 it wasn’t bad. The wings definitely didn’t have much sauce on them at all, the fries were a bit soggy. Waited about 15 minutes for my order to come out. My main complaint is if I order wings with sauce they should have sauce on them, most had almost none at all. I got 4 different sauces they put them all in one box which wasn’t a problem for me. I asked for lemon pepper seasoning on them fries."

"Why even have “cook longer” as an option if you’re not going to do it. They never do and that’s why I stopped coming to this location. Accidentally ordered from here tonight instead of Pendleton Pike and it was the same issue. Indians at the gas station cook better chicken than this location"

"Staff is completely trash and useless...no customer service at all. You walk in and they just look at you..no greeting or anything. Then they pick the slowest one to take their time to walk up to the register and again just stares at you. They all have the attitude of a teenager being forced to work but everyone in there is clearly in their late 20s to 30s. Save your time and money and literally ANYWHERE else but here."

"Just ordered food from here. Bag was leaking with sauce. No glove use in the store. Very dirty. The location downtown tastes completely different in a good way."
