"The wings are always delicious. But the last time I went here, I ordered online and picked it up and the woman behind the counter asked me my name. I told her, showed it to her on the app and even spelled it and she acted as if she didn’t understand what I was saying. She had to bring another employee out and he also acted dense. My order was the only one on the shelf and right there the whole time but we went back and forth for like 10 minutes because they didn’t understand anything. Even if they can’t understand English they should still be able to match the name on the bag to what I showed them in the app."

"Ordered carry out and sadly I didn’t open my bag until I got home, I could tell they were old and gross right away, don’t understand how they served this without noticing"

"I used to go to this location often, but now since they have a lot of teenagers working here the service and the food has gone down the drain. Today I was too tired to cook and decided to get something quick. Had to be sure the chicken wasn’t overcook this time, but the vegetables that come with it was absolutely disgusting. The celery was brown and squishy up to the point I can push it and it turns into a sauce and my carrots had black spots on them. Not to mention they were inside of a Ziploc bag. I don’t think I will be coming back here."

"Don’t go here. The workers don’t know how to do their job properly—they spend more time chatting than actually working. The place is small, so it gets crowded fast, and they take forever just to take and prepare orders. If you’re an introvert, avoid this place. They will literally scream at you to talk louder, even if you’re speaking clearly. The service is unprofessional, and for the past three months, they’ve only had two workers—I wonder why. Definitely not worth the visit."
