"Tonight I called in to order a 6 pc, half lemon pepper half hot. To my misunderstanding, I didn’t know “6 pc half and half” meant a split with had bone in and half boneless—which is fine. Yet I still ordered 6 pieces originally and either way received more than I asked for as you can see in the picture and the other half of my food isn’t hot or isn’t even lemon pepper. It’s regular flavor. I called in to let them know and the young lady took accountability to mishearing me which I appreciate, I just hope for better attentiveness next time. Aside from that, the fries here are always heavily under seasoned. But I digress."

"I called in my order for pickup. I arrived to get my order. I had a $50 bill,the cashier says we don't accept $50 or $100 bills. I asked where is the sign that states that. He said we don't have one,but we can't accept it. I asked to speak with a manager, he said he is the manager. Just rude with no customer service."

"I made an order and my order included one cheese fry, and one voodoo fry. I got two voodoo fries. The cheese fry was meant for my son who does not like spicy food. I did call the store to tell them how they messed up and Vanessa the manager was extremely rude. I tried to explain to her why and how she messed up and she had a A huge attitude the whole time say she knows she messed up, but the only thing she could do is just give me another cheese fry the next time I order like my son missing his food, didn’t matter and then when I asked her to do better, she just said OK. This is a consistent problem with the store because they’re allowing people to have nasty attitudes with no consequences.SMH"

"Horrible experience. Pathetic service. Delivery driver stole my food. This place wouldn’t allow me to find out who pick up my order so I can file a complaint and report the theft. 7 days to refund my money."
