"My favorite Wingstop store. Huge wings and super flavorful. The cashier (usually pink hair) is always nice and has the drinks ready to be served once your order is ready. I love yall!"

"This place is very unprofessional and disorganized. I was shorted on ranch and fries I had ordered 2 large ranches and two large fries as you can tell the fries aren’t large at all nor 16oz per standard. I was also give less ranch than paid for, the WINGSTOP employee there did not even know how to convert a large ranch to small containers and when asked he said “IDK.” I blame WINGSTOP for not providing large ranch containers per advised from employee. so I had to teach him simple math to get my order correct as the Oz of the small container have to equal the amount to a larger ranch . The reason I’m writing this reviews is to make customers aware that you have to speak up to get your order correct especially when it was paid for which is very unprofessional. When WINGSTOP as a company has been open for a very long time with its standards and regulations."

"Idk who taught the cooks but dry rubs are supposed to have dry rub not be naked. Also asked for extra well done and it’s rubbery. So done with this location. They hardly use any sauce or dry rub when you order. Only order from here if you want plain chicken wings. To sum it up, don’t order here just order from the 800 n kedzie location"

"Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. The cashier was rude, and there was no effort to be polite or helpful. They were also out of soda, yet I was still charged full price. If items aren’t available, customers shouldn’t be expected to pay the same amount. Very frustrating visit."

"ALWAYS forgetting parts of the order, and there's never any sauce on the wings or tenders. They need to just shut this location down!"
