"What... These reviews are this bad?? 😂😅 Household has purchased a few several times throughout the years. We've only have 1 real mistake that cost. Anything else I could remember would be two different times where s few wings came in the wrong flavor."

"It looks like the people who works in the kitchen needs to be re trained. I ordered 20 piece wings and only got 18 there was barely any sauce on them. And not just that I walked in and everyone was looking at their phones and not even greeted me or any customers walking in. First and last time I visit this place. Corporate should take a look at all their reviews"

"Terrible location. I’ve order here for years and it’s always the constant issue of delayed orders, missing items and nasty attitude. This time I asked to get my order canceled after being told I had to wait ANOTHER additional 50mins for my order. I asked for a receipt upon canceling my order and all I got was given a receipt of my order without it being canceled. Claimed they would “cancel it later”. Which is fine, but where my receipt as proof of it being canceled incase I never get a refund ? These young kids need to stop being hired having the nastiest attitude when asked when an order will be ready."

"Ordered online. Went to pick up my order. Ranch is half way filled, I always get extra. Ordered extra seasoning on fries and there is barely any. Drink was watered down, got a sprite and it was given to me from the counter. Wasnt filled up on the spot."
