"I got my food delivered to my job, so I was ready to enjoy it during my lunch break. I open it and quick realize it’s fried extra hard, which is not what I asked for. I try to break the chicken and it’s all breading. I call to ask for a refund and Muhammad hangs up. Unprofessional and unacceptable."

"This is a location I personally frequent but I have also ordered through Uber Eats many times. This is the second time I receive the wrong food, my name is in the bag outside but the inside items are for other people. Both times I have called the restaurant and they have said they can give me the right order if I go pick it up and I am okay with that, however today when I showed up they said I needed to "bring back the food" which is NOT something they initially asked and it is simply not sanitary for them to take it back. As for the instance before this, they claimed it was the Uber driver who packed the order wrong, to which I ask, why is the driver packing the food? I wonder if management has changed in this location because I never had issues before."

"Terrible in comparison to others. I love saucy wings but way over sauce and will try to murder you with butter oil and fat pools. Also got the order wrong"

"I ordered a 20 piece traditional bone-in wings and I received 17 drums and 3 flats. These wings were so huge and soggy. Make it make sense. NEVER AGAIN @ this location. Please do better!!"
