"**Review / Complaint: Poor Customer Service Experience** I placed an order at Wingstop for a meal for my children to be picked up at **5:15 p.m.** under my name. Upon arrival, my daughter went inside to pick up the order. The order board showed “my first name and last initial.,” and when the employee asked for the last name, she provided it. She then called me, saying they were asking for a confirmation number. I gave her the number over the phone and even sent her a screenshot of the order confirmation. While on the phone, I could hear the employee continuing to take other orders and ignoring her. Even after my daughter showed him the confirmation number and screenshot, he refused to release the order. Another customer even spoke up to say that she had shown the confirmation, but the employee continued to deny it. When I entered the store myself, he lied and claimed she never showed the confirmation. I asked to speak with the *manager*, and he *refused to provide a name or the store number*. This level of *disrespect and lack of professionalism* is unacceptable. I will *not be returning to this location*"

"After ordering through the app for the first time, i didn’t know how to go about disputing this old items that was giving to me. After reaching out to the store the attitude and customer service provided was very passive and rude. After asking what i would like and i stated a refund and was told to bring a picture up there and i paid for delivery service how does that make sense. Here’s your picture and order number #4551697874"

"This place is horrible order online they give the wrong order to the delivery person. Tried calling after being on hold for an hour went to the restaurant. So they reach me my order the food been sitting for 2 hours & cold. Request a refund to find out they are unable to refund online orders due to no manager on site.This place has poor customer service. Ask why call still on hold they mention the phone is broke. Poor poor service"

"First like start wit customer service she was so nice on the phone .. she went over my order I like that . I called at 10pm in still got fresh food nice & hot food y’all at 10pm .. I was will be back sorry I start eating lol"
