"Whoever owns this franchise needs to be fired. They thought releasing all the 5pm orders at 5pm on Super Bowl Sunday would be smart. So the kitchen didn’t pre make anything. There were 30 of us in here all waiting around. The workers did their best, but whoever manages the day-to-day operations needs to be let go. Another Wing Stop nearby had all their orders prepped and systematically ready to hand off knowing it would a rush."

"This Wingstop made their fries almost perfect. There was plenty of dine-in room for groups, couples, or individuals. This place was very well kept and the employees were nice as can be."

"Location is in the heart of Wicker Park food is always fresh cooked really good. Fast service friendly staff. They just got one rude gurl but, other than that it's a great Wingstop location."

"Food is not the issue - way too understaffed. Ignore any pickup or delivery ETAs, especially on busy days. Pickup said it would be ready at 6:30, got the wings at 8"

"Tried coming in over an hour before close. The two women working there did not address us or take our order. They just spoke to each other and ignored the rest. That was rude, so we walked out. Hope their night gets better."
